Terms governing HanReader, Apple subscriptions, reading credits, online assistance, and user-owned content.
Agreement and license
These terms form an agreement between you and Qingdao Weerocks Data Info. Tech. LLC. By using HanReader, you confirm that you can enter this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your region. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use HanReader on supported Apple devices under Apple's usage rules.
Your content and acceptable use
You keep ownership of documents and text you open. You are responsible for having the right to use them. Do not use HanReader to violate law, intellectual-property or privacy rights, bypass service limits, disrupt the service, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected services, or distribute harmful material.
Assistance and availability
OCR, translation, contextual explanations, character information, and narration are aids and may contain errors. Verify important educational, legal, medical, financial, or safety information independently. Online features require a network connection and may be limited, changed, interrupted, or discontinued for maintenance, capacity, security, or legal reasons. Local reading remains available where the operating system and file format permit.
Subscriptions
HanReader Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased and billed by Apple. The price, period, trial, renewal date, taxes, and storefront terms shown by Apple control the transaction. Manage or cancel the subscription in Apple account settings before renewal. Apple handles billing, eligible refunds, and purchase restoration under its rules. Pro benefits do not mean unlimited use of metered online services.
Reading credits
Contextual AI assistance and neural narration consume reading credits according to the in-app disclosure. A subscription may grant recurring credits, and additional credits may be sold separately. Credits are a limited service entitlement, not money or transferable property. Granted credits, purchased credits, expiration, restoration, and refund treatment follow the disclosure presented at purchase and applicable law; usage already delivered is not restorable.
Accounts, termination, and intellectual property
Keep your Apple account secure. We may suspend online access for fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, or material breach. You may stop using HanReader and delete your account at any time; Apple subscription cancellation is a separate action. HanReader, its software, branding, and service output systems remain protected by intellectual-property law.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, HanReader is provided as available without warranties that every recognition, explanation, translation, or narration is complete or error-free. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
